Home networking and smart-home devices are where a lot of good gear goes to waste because the setup never got finished. The goal here is reliable coverage in every room, and every device doing what it was bought to do. We work with plug-in, battery-powered, and wireless equipment. We don't run cable inside walls, swap light switches, or hardwire doorbells, which is licensed electrical work.
WiFi & home network
Dead-zone fixes, mesh WiFi setup, router and modem replacement and configuration, range extenders, guest networks, and getting a rural or slow connection as solid as it can be.
Cameras & doorbells
Plug-in and battery security cameras and video doorbells connected and set up in the app, with recording and notifications working the way you expect.
Smart locks & access
Battery and retrofit smart-lock setup, the kind that replaces the thumb-turn with no wiring, plus codes, app setup, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Speakers & assistants
Smart speakers, streaming devices, and Alexa / Google Home set up, linked together, and actually responding. We'll get a smart thermostat onto WiFi and into your app too, though that's the setup side and not the wiring.

Pricing
- In-person visit: $95 (Wenatchee Valley corridor)
Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. Trips outside the corridor cost more, and both prices are on the Pricing page. A $20 deposit is charged when you book an in-person visit and comes off the total.
- Drop-off diagnostic: $50
Covers the first 30 minutes, and it's the same $50 wherever you are. Nothing is charged when you book a drop-off, and there's no transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.
- After the first 30 minutes: $37.50 (per additional half hour)
That works out to $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.
- Parts: At cost
Billed at what we pay, including any shipping, itemized on your invoice. You hear the actual cost before a part is ordered.

No Minimum
One stubborn dead spot or a whole-house setup. Small jobs are welcome.

That conversation can usually tell you whether a repair is worth pursuing and which diagnostic fits. A firm repair price takes having the device in hand.
A $20 deposit applies to in-person visits only — it isn't a charge on every booking. It comes off what you owe for the visit and is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
