Based in Leavenworth, working across the Upper Wenatchee Valley and the Wenatchee Valley corridor.
The shop is in Leavenworth. That's where the bench is, where drop-offs go, and where every trip starts from. There are no other offices or storefronts.
Two things depend on where you are: what an in-person visit costs, and what it costs to have a device picked up. Everything else is the same wherever you are.
Two zones
Wenatchee Valley corridor
The standard in-person visit fee applies here, and device pickup is at the lower of the two transport prices.
Outside the corridor
These trips take longer, so the visit fee and the pickup price are both higher. Same work, same labor rate once we're there.
What it costs
- In-person visit: $95 (Wenatchee Valley corridor)
Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. Trips outside the corridor cost more, and both prices are on the Pricing page. A $20 deposit is charged when you book an in-person visit and comes off the total.
- Drop-off diagnostic: $50
Covers the first 30 minutes, and it's the same $50 wherever you are. Nothing is charged when you book a drop-off, and there's no transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.
- After the first 30 minutes: $37.50 (per additional half hour)
That works out to $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.

Billed at what we pay, including any shipping, itemized on your invoice. You hear the actual cost before a part is ordered.

The $95 above is the corridor price for an in-person visit; a visit to Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson or another area outside the corridor is $135. Device pickup is priced on the same two zones, $20 in the corridor and $40 outside it, and one fee covers collecting the device and bringing it back. Dropping a device off in Leavenworth yourself carries no transport charge. Either way, nothing is charged when you book a drop-off: the $50 diagnostic, and the pickup fee if we collect the device, are billed on your final invoice. The Pricing page has worked examples.
