For most machines, go ahead and book a visit. For a rare title, an unusual board set, or anything you suspect needs hard-to-find parts, tell us the machine and the symptoms first, by phone or email, and we'll confirm it's in scope and that the parts exist before you're charged anything.

On-Site Diagnostics
Most pinball and arcade work happens on-site, since the machine doesn't travel. A standalone board can be dropped off for bench work instead.
Preventive Maintenance
Full playfield cleaning, waxing, and rubber-ring replacement, so the game keeps playing fast.
LED Upgrades
Converting older incandescent bulbs to cooler-running LEDs brightens up the artwork and cuts the heat load on backglasses and plastics.
Complex Shop Repairs
For extensive work like full mechanical rebuilds or complex board diagnostics, we may recommend moving the machine to the bench in Leavenworth.

Pricing
- In-person visit: $95 (Wenatchee Valley corridor)
Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. Trips outside the corridor cost more, and both prices are on the Pricing page. A $20 deposit is charged when you book an in-person visit and comes off the total.
- Drop-off diagnostic: $50
Covers the first 30 minutes, and it's the same $50 wherever you are. Nothing is charged when you book a drop-off, and there's no transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.
- After the first 30 minutes: $37.50 (per additional half hour)
That works out to $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.
- Parts: At cost
Billed at what we pay, including any shipping, itemized on your invoice. You hear the actual cost before a part is ordered.

A $20 deposit applies to in-person visits only — it isn't a charge on every booking. It comes off what you owe for the visit and is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
