Book a Visit
Two ways to get started: have us come to you, or drop a device off. Not sure which one fits, or whether the repair is worth doing? Ask us first, no charge.
In-person visit
We come to homes, short-term rentals, churches, and small businesses anywhere in the Leavenworth / Upper Wenatchee Valley area. Computers, WiFi and smart home, TV and home theater, streaming, printers, network and AV troubleshooting, and repairs that can be finished on-site.
$95 covers the trip and the first 30 minutes in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor), then $37.50 per additional half hour ($75/hour).
A $20 deposit is charged when you book an in-person visit — this one option, not every booking — and it comes off the total. It's refunded in full if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more ahead; inside 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits it. Not on-site? That's fine. We'll coordinate access with your cleaner, manager, or lockbox.
Repair drop-off
Leave a laptop, tablet, gaming console, TV, appliance board, small engine, pinball board, or vintage stereo for bench repair. The $50 diagnostic covers the first 30 minutes and is the same $50 no matter how it gets to us, billed as part of your final invoice rather than collected up front. Nothing is charged when you book. The prices below are transport only.
One booking covers all three. Tell us which you'd like when you pick a time.
One pickup fee covers the round trip: collecting the device and delivering it back when the work is done, so the return isn't charged again. Nothing is due at booking or when the device changes hands. The $50 diagnostic, and the pickup fee if we collect it, are billed together on your final invoice once the work is finished.
Don't book yet — ask first, no charge
If you don't know whether the repair is worth doing, start here instead. Send the make, model, and what the device is doing, or call, and we'll tell you whether it looks worth pursuing and which of the options above fits. There's no fee for that and nothing to book. A firm repair price takes having the device in hand.
Same route for anything that doesn't fit either option: a school or route operator, mail-in vintage audio, or work that needs quoting.
