Why Mail It In

Forty-year-old gear usually needs component-level board repair, not just a clean-and-recap. That's the work we do. You get a turnaround date up front, an estimate before any repair work starts, and documented before/after results, so you know exactly what was done to your gear. If there's no one near you that you'd trust with it, ship it in.

Pricing

• In-person visit: $95 (Wenatchee Valley corridor)

  Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. Trips outside the corridor cost more, and both prices are on the Pricing page. A $20 deposit is charged when you book an in-person visit and comes off the total.

• Drop-off diagnostic: $50

  Covers the first 30 minutes, and it's the same $50 wherever you are. Nothing is charged when you book a drop-off, and there's no transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.

• After the first 30 minutes: $37.50 (per additional half hour)

  That works out to $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.

• Parts: At cost

  Billed at what we pay, including any shipping, itemized on your invoice. You hear the actual cost before a part is ordered.

Shipping it in from outside the area? The in-person visit rate above is for local work, so it won't come into it. What applies to you is the $50 diagnostic, billed on your final invoice rather than when your piece arrives, shipping both directions at your cost, and the restoration itself quoted for your approval before any work begins.
